The Queen Bee
After the queen bee has mated the worker bees pay more attention to the queen. some of the worker bees will attend to all her needs. But they change rutein so there its not alwas the same bee attending to the queen.
The normal queen can live up to 3-4 years but a normal hive will replace the queen bee every year. If the queen eggs beggin to fail the worker bees will beggin to make a new one, if the old queen is aware of this she will try to kill the new queen bee.

after the queen has lad the eggs the worker bees will be more interested in her and well do every thing for her. for the rest of her life see will lay eggs but in the winter see does not lay any eggs at all. the queen bees well lay 1000 eggs a day.

The queens main job is pretty much just mate and do lots of work. She is the essintial to keeping the hive going becuase they need her to mate and produce eggs. So all she does is MATE MATE MATE MATE AND THEN DO SOME MORE MATING !

The worker bee’s develop a special cell for the queen bee, it is larger then a normal cell, it looks similar to a peanut shell. When the queen emerges from her cell, the worker bees pay for attention to her then the normal bee, she is fed better. The queen bee takes a few flights a way from her hive when she is around 3-5 days old, the she proceeds to go on 1-3 mating flights. These usually last about 10- 30 minutes. When she returns, and she has mated, the worker bees are more attendant to her. Some of the worker bees form a circle around the queen bee, called a court. The courts are changing at all times. As she flies threw the hive, the court circles around her. She lays eggs for the rest of her life, which lasts around 3-4 years. Beekeepers will sometimes hope for the maximum eggs, so they replace the queen bee every year. Without the queen bee, the hive will not exist. The workers will prepare to bring a new queen up, if the old queen bee’s egg count begins to fall. When the new queen is in its cell, the old queen bee will try to sting the new queen, resulting in death. Fortunately the worker bees do not allow her. When the are restraining her, you can the hear a “piping sound” coming from her. The queen bee can sting multiple time without dieing, for her sting does not come out of her.

We learned that the queen bee is formed by the worker bees making a special cell. That it takes 16 days to transform from the egg to an adult.

"The Queen Bee" is about the Queen bee. The beekeeper replaces the old Queen bee. The old Queen bee tires to kill the new Queen bee. A Queen Bee will normally live for four years.

When the queen bee is 3 to 5 days old she will take 3 flights out of the hive to mate, it will take 10 to 30 minutes. Then for the rest of her live she is looking forward to winter so she can lay the eggs. She can lay 1000 or more eggs a day. When the bees swarm the queen bee is always in the middle. And a queen bee can only live up to 3 to4 years.

A queen bee is the number one bee in the comb. The Queen bee is bigger then the worker bees she also have a big yellow dot on her back.
A Queen bee will lay 1000 or more a day!, thats a lot of eggs. A Queen bee live up to 3 to 4 years old, a queen bee is a very inportent bee.

The queen bees job is to fly around and mate with a drone bee. After that is done she is to stay in the hive and lay eggs. She lays around 1000 eggs a day, up until the colder months. She lives for about three to for years. When the new queen bee is close to being born, the other bee then attempts to kill the almost born queen. The worker bees stop the queen from killing the other queen. The queen doesn't have any barbs so she can repeatedly sting another living thing without dieing like a normal worker bee.
